What we collect

When you reserve a Cat Cady or write to the Concierge, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email address, number of cats, the price range you expect, your message, and the build you designed.

The builder remembers your design in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back. That stays on your device.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, to keep you updated on the Cat Cady, and to give reservation holders first access when orders open. Your answers about price and number of cats help us decide what goes into the final product.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored in a secure database with our website hosting provider, and a copy goes to our form inbox service. Only the Cat Cady team can access them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information at any time. Send a note through the Concierge form and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
